3rd CA Posting (Something that happened at school)

On Thursday, there was a fire drill at school. We all knew that it was going to take place soon, either on Thursday or Friday (which is today). It was the last period for Thursday, which was PE Theory. Ms Sheka, our teacher, was seeing who knew what DOMS stands for. While she was encouraging us by offering a Nike towel, the fire alarm rang, and we all quickly got up and ran outside (which was not what we were supposed to do).

There was no one outside in the corridor yet but the silly alarm kept ringing so we went back inside, just as the announcement as to where the "fire" was broadcast. It turns out that the fire was on the same level as our classroom was on and it was at THE BLOCK JUST OPPOSITE US!!! We all looked across and found the words "FIRE! FIRE!" pasted across the door of the home economics room. I mean, come on! How lame is that!?

So after we were told that we were supposed to go to the field, which we knew about A WEEK AGO, we all lined up in two rows and walked towards the stairs. When we got there, we found ourselves stuck at the back of a HUMAN TRAFFIC JAM!!! Mr Maran was there to help guide everyone down the stairs. We waited for about TWO WHOLE MINUTES until we were able to slowly make our way down the stairs to the field.

Once at the field we were told to line up according to register number. I sat near the front because my register number is 5. YAY!!! I was so bored so I took the black things in the school's new synthetic grass field and threw them at my friend Abel. HAHA!!! Then we were told that we could go. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! We went first, since our class was nearest to the ONLY exit. If there was a real fire and we went to the field and the fire spread and blocked the entrance then we would ALL BE TRAPPED!!!

Anyway after that I quickly went up to class to take my bag to go home. That day I needed to go to my friends house to do a project but I won't talk about that since this post is so long already. Ok I will stop here now.

2nd CA posting (A moment I enjoyed)

Hi sorry for the abrupt ending for the last post. I had not enough time to finish writing. Please read the post below BEFORE reading this. Anyway, after my friend arrived and I realized that the door was NOT locked, we went inside and got to work. I started peeling the previously used pieces of paper of the backdrop while he got started on tidying the room. While we were working, more of our church members arrived and started helping too. When I had finished with backdrop, I started to help paint it. YAY!!! There were three rollers to paint it so I took one and started to paint. It was so FUN!!! After a while I got bored of it though and decided to let my brother, who had just come, paint instead. I went to help out with the words to be pasted on the backdrop.

While I was cutting out letters for the backdrop, my other church friend came and told me her funny story about how she got 6 cans of drinks for just $1.50!!! She put in $1.50 into the vending machine and 2 drinks came out instead of 1!!! Then she heard some strange noises and went to check out the vending machine. She found that her coins had been returned to her!!! Then she repeated the process and her money came back out again!!! On the third time, she put $1.50 into the vending and 2 drinks came out again but her money did not come back. So in other words, she got 6 cans of drinks for $1.50.

Back to the “spring cleaning”, the adults were putting up all the pieces onto the backdrop. I was bored so I played chess with my other friend and I’m glad to tell you that I WON!!! (No surprise really!) We finished up with rearranging the cabinets containing all the cups, plates, bowls etc. used for refreshments at the end of church. That didn’t take very long although there was a lot of things that were not wanted anymore so everyone was forced to take home some things.

Oh well I think that will be enough for now. I will be posting my 3rd and final CA entry soon. Bye!!!

1st CA Posting (A difficulty I faced)

On Saturday, I went to my church to help out in "spring cleaning". The room we used was SO MESSY!!! There was a backdrop to cover most of the mess but it too was getting old. The paint was BLUE, and the church logo was tearing. The cabinets were disorganized and cups were lying around. The room really needed to be tidied up.

Anyway, before I get to the cleaning up, I need to tell you about how I got there. I had just finished my CCA, which is Boys Brigade, and was walking out to the bus stop. I was almost there when I remembered that I had not eaten lunch!!! Argh!!! I had to walk all the way back to the school canteen and quickly eat lunch so as to be on time. I had to be at church by 2pm. Then I walked ALL THE WAY back to the bus stop to catch the bus.

But that was the beginning of my second problem. I didn't know what bus to take!!! I needed to go to any MRT station to reach my church. I decided to test my luck and took the first bus that came along. There was a MAJOR traffic jam!!! I was afraid that I would be late and decided to get off the bus at some random bus stop. I was really clueless as to what to do so I took the first bus that came AGAIN!!! It was already 1.40pm when I got on the other bus. I waited and waited and I really did not know where I was. Then I finally saw a MRT station in the distance!!! YAY!!! I quickly got off the bus and walked to the station. I was lucky because that station was just one stop away from my church. YAY!!!!

I quickly ran up to the room where my church was being held and found that THE DOOR WAS LOCKED AND I WAS THE FIRST ONE THERE!!! And it was already 2.10pm!!! Argh!!! What a waste of my time. I waited somemore for my friend to come and unlock the door. When he arrived, I found out that THE DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED!!! ARGH!!!

Hi just testing

Hi this is my second post on my blog.

Today is BB day at school and I have to wear my hot, smelly uniform the whole day. Im trying to register this blog onto the class blog but nothings happening and its making the teacher so mad. Im also trying to get a nicer blogskin but all the blogskins that I fing dont work and I am going to cry. Nah not really. I have decided that instead of liking peanuts, I will now choose to like lamas. YAY LAMAS!!! Peanuts taste so..so...well...like PEANUTS!!!!! Disgusting! lamas can walk and run and kick people. Thats so cool!! EVERYONE LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
